Disney Movie Anywhere (DMA) Issue

Loaded digital copy of Frozen to Itunes and DMA yesterday. Connected DMA and Itunes account. Earned the free movie The Incredibles. Movies are in Itunes, but not showing in DMA. When I access DMA it asks me to connect to Itunes. When I try to connect, Itunes rejects me because a DMA account is already associated with my Itunes account.

How can I find out what DMA account is associated with my Itunes account? I assume it is mine, but I can't get the movies to show up in DMA.
