Q: built-in isight is not working after installing mavericks

Just installed Mavericks 10.9.2. The built in iSight camera is not showing. How do I get it back?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2010), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Reset SMC. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964

Choose the method for:
"Resetting SMC on portables with a battery you should not remove on your own".

Uninstall Air Parrot if you have it installed.

If this does not help, contact Apple.
