Hi, I tried to create a new Apple ID this morning but in the payment method section it says my payment method information is invalid. I live in Malaysia and I have CIMB Bank Debit Card and also Maybank Debit Card.
Can somebody help me?

It is possible that Debit cards are not an acceptable form of payment in your country. Here are the accepted forms of payment:

Are either of the cards associated with a checking or savings account in the issuing bank?

A lot of people I know here in Malaysia can use their debit cards (from same banks as me) as payment method.

Both cards are associated with saving accounts. I have used both cards for online purchases and they worked well without any problem. It's just not accepted as payment method in Apple Store which I have no clue why.
Because the cards are accepted by other retailers, doesn't mean that they can be used with an Apple account.
