i am connecting my 5c and suddenly its hacked and the apple logo is bulbing now i am not able to use bcoz itss gng to recovvery mode
now i am trying to restore than its not restoring and the ERROR 9 come i had turn off fire wall , proxy ,and my antivirus also but still ERROR 9 is persisting and i am not able to restore my iphone 5c

i have another question also that sometime while i tried to restore my 5c more than 5 times than it looks like apple logo with line below the logo and i think its start restoring but the processing line does not come to increasestill 1hr and my iphone could not getting restored and the restoring process is noton going its just stick there and itunes appearing like WAITING FOR IPHONE means i phone is not able to restoring and i am dissconnect it and tried second time than erro comes ERROR
this type off picture persist in my 5c and the processing line below the logo is persist but the restoring process could not be accelerate
