Possibly. I suggest that you double-check the power connection where you plug the power into the AirPort Extreme to make sure it is firmly attached. Same with the connection where the power cord attaches to the brick (if yours has the detachable version).
If both of these fail to resolve the issue, the last thing I would try would be to perform a "factory default" reset on the Extreme. If that too fails, you may want to consider taking it to your local Apple Store to have them verify your findings.
