Q: airplay doesn't exist ?

my ipad 2 16 gb ios7.1 DOESN'T have Airplay

i dont have it .

i tried everything and restated the whole device (as in using my backup , like full on format *almost*)

it wont show up whatsoever ..please help

iPad 2, iOS 7.1

thank you , but through this fourm here i found out that when your close to an apple tv or near an apple tv or anything that uses airplay , the airplay icon shows up , THANK YOU ALL

Look for the Airplay control in the Control Center,. The Control Center is accessed by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.

i can't , there is literally nothing just the 5 circle option with the wifi and such , but below that NOTHING

Hey! So I just heard that there are some older apple devices that actually don't have AirPlay at all... Here are a couple of links that you can maybe find something interesting on?

For Airplay to show you must have WiFi turned On and be connected to a WiFi network or be connected to a Bluetooth device.

The AirPlay icon will appear if you have an AirPlay enabled device on the same network.
