I have changed the hosts, I have added the address and deleted it but nothing happens, I still get the 3194 error

I don't , please help me with this!

I tried everything but nothing is working out with me.

iPad, iOS 7.0.4

Just on your computer? Have you checked that there isn't IP filering on your router?
