Hi pmessi,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If applications display a language you don't expect, I recommend checking a few settings on your iPhone first.
You can use the steps in this article to verify the language setting of your iPhone:
iOS: How to change the language when it's set to one you don't understand

You can use the steps in this article to verify the country/region setting of the App Store:
Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account

If your iPhone language is set to English, and installed applications still appear in a different language, troubleshoot the applications themselves next. You may find these steps helpful:
Turn the device off and on.
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
Update your apps:
- Open the App Store and tap Updates.
- If updates are available, tap Update All.
- If asked, enter your Apple ID password. The updates will download and install.
You might need a Wi-Fi connection to update some apps.
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
- Delete the app.
- Press the Home button.
- Go to the App Store and download the app again.
- Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
If the download stops, you can resume it.
If you see the issue again, contact the developer of the app for help:
- Find the app in the App Store.
- Tap the app and tap Reviews.
- Tap App Support.

All the best,
