I am able to get and do all they suggested from ATT, but I want to get voice with navigation. How do I get this?

It sounds like you want to be able to use the Maps feature Turn by Turn Navigation. The following page will show you how to use it, named:

Get driving directions.

Tap the blue Quick Route button to the left of the location name to get turn-by-turn driving directions.

If more than one route is available, tap the one you prefer, then tap Start to hear turn-by-turn directions.

You can tap Overview to see the route, or tap to view directions as a list. Tap End to stop.

Please note:

* Turn-by-turn navigation is available only on iPhone 4s or later and iPad 2 or later with cellular data capability.

I believe that turn by turn navigation with voice is only supported on the iPhone 4S and higher.
