Q: I just purchased iTunes Match and it's taking forever to complete. I have 2800 songs on my computer, only 1200 of which have been check over a 10 hour period. How do I know if it's working correctly?

I just purchased iTunes Match and it's taking forever to complete. I have 2800 songs on my computer, only 1200 of which have been check over a 10 hour period. How do I know if it's working correctly? I have a PC running Windows 7.
