Refund purchases

Hello. My nephew got his hands on my Ipad on the 21 mars and accidently bought for about 300 dollars on the store and I first noticed it now when checking my balance. Is there anyway I could refund these purchases?

Good luck, the store support staff are very good and helpful, and usually try to be understanding. Best advice is be calm and polite, they are only doing their job.

I Went to report a problem and they said I'd get a fifteen dollar refund for Ted unrated the movie like 40 minutes ago, when will it arrive?

Most likely a day or two. Right now in many parts of the world, it is Sunday

and most financial institutions will not be working.
