Podcast wrong feed URL

I guess when I changed my podcast feed URL I misspelled my domain name (eg. PTCSlive.com I did as PTClive.com) so when I try and update the feed it is looking for ptclive.com instead of ptcSlive.com. Is there another way to change this, or am I pretty much done for.....Thanks for your help.
