When I try to rip a CD into iTunes on my Windows 8 computer I keep getting an error message that says I don't have write access to the folder even though I thought I set the permissions for all folders to write to

I recntly purchase a new Windows 8 computer. I attached a 2 TB hard drive to it where I store my music. Just went to rip a CD and I get an error message that tells me I don't have write permission for the iTunes media folder. Went into all iTunes folders and set it so all folders can be written to by all users (although its a single user system and I am not running as administrator). Anyway, despite changing the permissions I still cannot copy the CD.
