Finding a lost file

Where can I find "xmlTextReaderSetErrorHandler"? I get this notification every time I open my computer(Windows7). It tells me that the file cannot be found, but no mention of where to get it. Previously I had be able to copy and paste a missing file from one file to another.

This event happened after accepting an update.
