Q: Why does my Mac not install printer software?
I have just uninstalled my Epson Stylus printer in the hope that re-installing it back again may resolve some of the issues that I was experiencing. Little did I know that my Mac now requires Rosetta installed before I can re-install my printer software. I am not sure this is because I have not ever updated to any version of Mavericks, or that I have to install Rosetta regardless.
If the latter, how do I install Rosetta?
Thank you
MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Which model Epson Stylus printer?
Just connect your printer and go to File menu to Print and then Add Printers and let the OS do the driver installation for you. It may require you to download some software.
