my old charger broke and i bought a new one but its not from apple it works good when i plug it to the wall but when i connect it to my computer it keeps on vibrating and uncharging and charging back again.

If what I think you’re saying is correct, a charger that is not backed up from Apple is not going to be supported? I have a apple charger that I got in my iPhone box when I purchased the phone and I am having the same exact problem. I think an apple charger would work with an apple computer. If my apple charger can’t eork with my MacBook then I don’t know what will....

What iPhone? What iOS? Is it possible the cable is damaged? How long have you had the device?

That is because it is not an Apple certified charger. You are running iOS 7, and there are security features in that release that prevent you from using chargers that are not certified by Apple. You may think it is a "good" charger, but how would you know? The security feature is to protect you, the consumer, from using cheap chargers (typically made in China), that are prone to causing fires, shocks, and general mayhem with your device.
