Q: Select movie to rent, enter all information, prompted to check account information, all is correct, go through process to rent again, same thing over & over. Everything worked great at first, but soooo frustrated and tired of  having to reenter everything

Select movie to rent at apple tv, enter all information, looks like it is going to play, then asks to verify payment information, do that, check to be sure payment info is correct, then start over, and over, and over. Used to work quickly, easily, now a real pain. What gives? No problem using Netflix, etc. also, checked to be sure selected movie was available to rent that day, yes available, but would not accept iTunes acct payment. Ideas? Thank you
