I have proof for IMEI and Serial Number of my stolen iPhone 4S. Is there any chance that Apple can block that phone or erase?

Hi, last week I was in Hungary and someone has stolen my iPhone. When I came home in Macedonia, I found the original box of my iPhone so I have the IMEI and the Serial Number, so I want to know whether Apple can use this information in order to block, lock, or erase that phone. Thanks in advance.
