trouble updating itunes

Using Expolrer V11.

When I click on itunes update to new version, nothing happens. I turned off the pop-up blocker but still it does not update.

This has been going on for a while. I have iTunes 11.1.3.8 and stuck at that verion. Please assist. Thanks
