I have downloaded GarageBand but when I try to buy the instrument pack it comes up with unable to perform this? Is that the app or my iPad?

I have downloaded GarageBand, but I can't download/ buy the extra stuff!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.0.2

Check the settings - perhaps you have enabled restrictions (see: iOS: Understanding Restrictions (parental controls)).

If not, see iOS: Troubleshooting apps purchased from the App Store
