iMac 27" Firmware + Networking

Hi all,

Have just purchased two iMac's for two users. They keep both randomly getting disconnected from our Windows 2008 Server. Secondly one of the iMacs keeps getting kernal panics and randomly restarting. It's been rebuilt and completyed wiped they're both idential with very basic software installed.

Specs-

They both have 250G SDD.
They're both connected directly into our core switch with Eithernet cables.

i5, 8GB of ram.

Built by apple no third party hardware installed.
They're 1 month old.

They both have the same drivers and software installed.
