Q: i purchaced A BOOK FROM ITUNES, IT WILL NOT OPEN and it apears like it didnt finish downloading but i can get it to download

I purchased a book from the itunes store from my ipad air, ios 7.1 using iBook 3.2 ook apears in my library however it has a cloud with an arrow through it pointing down. I have tried to tap on it several times but nothing. I have downloaded other books since just fine.

iPad, iOS 7.1, purchased book will not finish down

Hello cowboy38texas

Start with deleting iBooks from your iPhone and then try to download the book again. If that still does not resolve the issue, then report the issue to the iTunes Store.
