if you go into "international" in the System prefs, then in keyboard layouts, you'll find there are two canadian layouts available. You presently have canadian csa activated; you wanna go with the other canadian one.

they might be called something else, I wouldn't know because my system is in french. Go by flag 🙂

is it possible you accidenlty hit the wrong option for language the only thing i can think of (unless you can read french) is to archive and install

Hmm have you tried an archive and install i would do that

and if that doesnt work call apple and havwe your keyboard replaced
