I bought a song off itunes straight onto my iPhone, but it hasn't come onto my library but is saying purchased what can I do?

Really confused as I've bought a song off itunes its saying its been purchased but I can't find it in my music library also the download all is having no affect on it either?

also using the IOS 7 software which I have no clue how to use it lol
