Cannot receive FaceTime cal

I'm having issues with FaceTime for Mac. I can be reached via my iPhone 4S (w/ latest software update), and it can call out to people via FaceTime. However, whenever someone attempts to reach ME via FaceTime, only my iPhone receives the call, and not the application I have for my MacBook Air (even if the application is open). I tested the app, my apple ID is verified, and my phone number is associated with the ID. The application on my computer can call out via FaceTime no problem.

I'd prefer to receieve FaceTime calls to my MacBook Air if given the option. How can I get this working again? I'm running Mavericks, v10.0.2

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2012), OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
