my account icloud is suppressing 3.5 gb of space with NOTHING.

No, I believe you. Did you recently delete a lot of data from your account, such as email?
I never have stored emails, they have never been useful to me.
I only put in the backup Whatsapp and camera roll (large backups)
look that image and tell me how it's possible

You're right. That doesn't look right. You should contact Apple support and have them look at your account to see what's going: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57. This would normally involve a charge if you are outside of your support window but under the circumstances you can argue that you shouldn't be charged for the call.
