The alternate email I provided is not the same one I am asked to verify. The response when verifying - email belongs to another Apple ID. The same notification also incorrectly identifies my phone as a 5C. I have a 5S. How do I sort this out?
The alternate email I provided is not the same one I am being asked to verify. The response when verifying, is the email belongs to another Apple ID. Further the notification says I have an iPhone 5C when in fact I have a 5S. How do I sort this out?
