Few days after updating to iOS7.1 iPhone5S carrier not locking

It is SIM card free T-Mobile phone bought over Apple Store (US).

I went to the operator Airtel Tanzania, suspecting faulty SIM card and got another one without success. I reset Network Settings several times without success. I tried SIM card from Vodacom Tanzania, also without success. Details on the iPhone are as follows; Model ME325LL/A; Ser. # F1******FDQ; Carrier- Not Available; Version 7.1 (11D167).

Please advise.
