iPhone has too many issues , like freezing , speaker not working,screen cracked , and battery life very low , can I have it repaired , or upgrade ? Many thanks

Apple will give you a 10% credit when you bring your old one back to recycle. Ordinarily I'd recommend that folks take their devices elsewhere they get more money, but from the sound of things, yours is pretty much beat up. You can go for the 10% and buy a new device
For repairing option: you can pay Out of Warranty Fee of 269 and they will repair your phone.
