Is it a virus?

Hello! There are squares with ads appearing on my browsers. The same ads, in any page i visit, either from Safari or Chrome! Is it a virus? How do i remove it? It even appears on google!

Also, i find underlined words on the websites and when i place my cursor on it the ad appears again!
