Q: having issues with uploading photos and videos to my computer from my Iphone 5

I plug my phone in to my computer as I have many times before...

they upload all the way until the final one, then the screen freezes, it will not complete the upload.

I have to use task manager to end the program.

I have updated my phone and my itunes..

please help
