looped sections of track grayed out?

Hey guys. I was hoping someone could help me with this. When I loop a drum track to fit the length of my song, the looped portion is grayed out and when I try to share the song to itunes, only the original portion plays and it cuts off the looped part. Can anyone tell me how to remedy this?
