I have changed my Apple ID on my mac but my phone will no longer connect to be synced
When I plug my phone in it connects to iPhoto but not to iTunes i cant find a way to update the info on my phone.

In the Settings app on your iPhone, have you signed out of your iTunes account and signed in with the new Apple ID? Here are a few articles that explain what to do when you make changes to your Apple ID:

iTunes (including iTunes Genius, iTunes Home Sharing, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, and iTunes U)
iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iTunes App Store.
- If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
- If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your previous Apple ID and tap Sign Out. Then enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
