In the Settings app on your iPhone, have you signed out of your iTunes account and signed in with the new Apple ID? Here are a few articles that explain what to do when you make changes to your Apple ID:

iTunes (including iTunes Genius, iTunes Home Sharing, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, and iTunes U)
iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iTunes App Store.
- If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
- If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your previous Apple ID and tap Sign Out. Then enter your current Apple ID to sign in.
