Q: When I go to try and update final cut 10.0 it gives me an error message

I get an error message that final cut is already installed and when I go to buy it same thing. Any hints on how to get through to Apple on this. I bought the **** program and just updated to Mavricks but can't get FCP to update to 10.1

Compressor, Mac OS X (10.6.8), Also FCP X

    You don't have to buy it again. All updates up to now have been free.

    What happens when you open the App Store application and click on "Updates"?

    (You have to log in with the same Apple ID you used to buy the application, of course)
