how do I convert 2.36 to hours and minutes

how do I convert 2.86 to hours and minutes. Excel uses as a "TEXT" function, I don't see that keynote has that.

I am using Keynote as a presentation for a new app. I am using the "Table" to perform functions. In 1 box I have "hours worked" and in another, "total of jobs completed". I get a decimal when I divide the two. 3.96. I need to the 3.96 to show as 3hrs 58 minutes. Not sure if its in this post or not, but I just figured it out by selecting the "cell" you get this box. Select what you want to show. I was getting minutes, hours, seconds and milliseconds.User uploaded fileProblem solved.
