I don't understand... I want to add a computer on my Icloud, but I've got a message that I've reach the limit of 5 computers, but ion my Itunes Store, I've only two, so normally I can add 3 more. What is the problem?

Try Deauthorizing all to remove your Apple ID from all computers that you may have had in the past including the ones that you currently have. Then you should be able to authorize the computers that you want.
