I recently installed Apple's Security Update 2013-004 for Snow Leopard. Ever since, all internet plugins are blocked and there are many errors with Safari. Can this be fixed?

Many images on Safari are blocked, and I cannot watch any videos online. Is there a way around this? Or is it possible to uninstall the security update?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

There wasn't a Snow Leopard version.
