How to change language for a game that is different from your phone's language?

Hi, I got this game called Tiny Death Star which is a Star Wars version of Tiny Tower by Nimblebits. It's free so go check it out. The only problem I'm having in this game is that it takes the phone's language. My phone is set to french since I live in Quebec and speak french, but I want to play Tiny Death Star in english because the french translation is really bad. So, is there a way to keep my phone in french and set this game in english? The game is with Game Center.
