icloud icon is not active
The Icloud icon is not active on my iphone. I can not go into the settings of icloud.
iPhone 4, iOS 7.1
Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set it to Allow Changes.

I have been searching all afternoon for this!!!! THANK YOU!!!! That did the trick for my daughters iPod! Now, I can turn on find my iPod! WHEW!
