Q: How to make banner tap actions

I have a very simple banner, with some text on the left, followed by my app's icon, and more text on the right;   each is checked to respond to user events.  My problem is I don't see where to set the event to go to the app's page on the Apple Store.

Can someone please point me to the docs to do this?

    Hi,

I believe you can only redirect to Apple Store from the Ad Unit page.  You'd probably want to add a goto URL or purchase item action to the first page's page appear event.  I don't have my device with me to try it out myself so that I can give you more details.

When building an ad with iAd Producer, the there's an assumption that your customer will go from the banner to a the first page of the interactive ad unit - splash or landing page shown in the overview.  If you'ld like to create a campaign that goes directly to the App Store for app download, check out the iAd Workbench at iadworkbench.apple.com.

    Cheers,
