cannot order book
message I get is please try again, this is crazy. I've re-entered all my billing info, re-ooted my computer all to no avail. I've created and ordered books before, please help.
what version of iPhtoo? Of the OS? what is the exact error message?

Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
and then boot into safe mode and preview again and then order while in safe mode
