Mar 24, 2014 9:21 PM in response to Tessa Lynnby randers4,About the only other thing I could suggest you try is deleting the Hotmail account, then adding it back to see if that would "restart" things. Or, you could make an appointment with the Genius bar at a nearby Apple store and have them take a look at your settings, and try deleting and recreating the account for you.
Since this a Hotmail/Oulook syncing issue rather than an iCloud syncing issue, you might also want to try contacting Microsoft support.

Mar 24, 2014 9:30 PM in response to randers4by Tessa Lynn,Thank you so very much for your time and your help. Because I think it has to do with the recent version implementaion, I am starting with the Apple guys first ... I've set an appt for tomorrow am. It is truly amazing that I or anyone that depends on this little phone to get them to their right appointments on time with complete and utter trust and dependency through out the year, and when something goes bad, the world stops and gets wounded .... this is soooo crippling!
Best to you!!

Mar 24, 2014 9:35 PM in response to randers4by Tessa Lynn,I do have just one more question. Does JaveScript have anything at all to do with calendars?
-
Mar 24, 2014 9:39 PM in response to Tessa Lynnby randers4,It does on your calendar on some websites. The icloud.com website requires JavaScript to operate properly with your computer browser. But it doesn't have anything to do with iOS devices such as your phone. The apps on iOS devices don't use JavaScript and it isn't supported in the iOS operating system.
