You will not get a reply and the only change you might ever see is if Apple launched such a version.
Apple have made some apps available for Windows in the past but mostly it is Safari these days.
Whilst the Apple ID used in iMessages on a Mac has to be an iCloud valid one this does not make it one to the iCloud services items (like Mail, or the syncing Contacts etc.)
The likelihood in my opinion is as nil and Kilted Tim's "No"
