Recently updated to the latest firmware ios7 now unable to open the keynote files which i am getting from my collegues.
iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 7.1
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

Delete the app and redownload.

Thanks Tom for providing the useful information, however it did not worked. The problem is the file which we are creating from the updated firmware of the ipad are unable to open in the other ipad of same version or lower versions and is not opening on the laptop too.
