Finding ipsw files when shift click restore

Hi I need to know how to find my iPad 3 ios 7.0.6 ipsw file I just downloaded. so that when I press shift and restore I can click the file to restore my ipad

I can only get up to seeing the windows menu.

I have:

-ipad 3 ios 7.0.4 (CDMA)

-windows 7

-2nd latest iTunes version

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 7.0.4, Windows 7 pc

First, you must be using the most recent version of iTunes. Donwload and install that first.

You will be probably be able to upgrade only to the most recent version of iOS available for your device - currently 7.1. OR you can resetore a backup.
