There isn't a charge just for using iTunes, only for what you buy or subscribe to.
You can view the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If there are regular (e.g. monthly or weekly) charges for the same amounts from the same apps then check to see if you have any auto-renewing subscriptions - there are instructions on this page for viewing, managing and stopping them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
If there are charges on your account which you didn't make, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made them, then contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
