Q: Trying to purchase subscriptions thru newsstand and keeps saying password is incorrect.  Have iTunes account to do this and know password is correct.

Have a new iPad.  Trying to purchase subscriptions thru newsstand.  Have an iTunes account also and have enabled express checkout.  But keeps saying Apple ID is incorrect.  Tried both Apple ID password and iTunes password but same message.  I know password is correct.  What is wrong.

You use two different passwords? Your Apple ID is your iTunes account so you are saying then that you have two different Apple ID's. Is that correct? That's what I make of what you are saying.

If I'm misunderstanding, try signing out of your Apple ID, restart the iPad and sign in again.

Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.

Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to purchase a subscription again.
