New HP print drivers (23 march) kill the 8600 Pro

Question

I made the error of accepting hte new drivers pushed out this week and now my HP printer (OfficeJet 8600 Pro) does not print.

Anyone else?

Fix? None of the suggestions on the HP site have worked.

Do you have a backup you can restore the old driver from?

Have you tried deleting the printer in System Preferences and adding it back?

Have you tried resetting the printer system?

Is the printer attached to the computer or is it a network printer?
