Calendar view in notification centre crashing my iPhone 5S

I recently bought an iPhone 5S and upgraded to iOS 7.1, I was glad with the update till I noticed my iPhone reboots every time I try to pull down the notification centre, I closed all of the "today view" items then started enabling them one by one then found out that the cause of the problem is the "calendar view" in the "today view" tab in the notification centre.

Any one else faced that? And if you did find out a solution, please do share it with me, I use calendar app a lot and was thrilled when it was included in the notification centre. So, I'd love to get it back.

Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
